The Jessica McClain series is a recent one, but it already has a special place in my heart! Since Full Blooded I have been utterly in love with the characters Amanda Carlson created and every year I look forward to their next adventure.
Red Blooded is another fast-paced, heart-stopping thrill ride and I loved every second of it! It only lost 0.5 a star because for some reason Cold Blooded resonated with me more. Probably because Jessica and Roarke had more page time together then, but they still show up plenty together in Red Blooded, don't worry ;)
I really enjoy the world Amanda created and Red Blooded takes us on another thrilling journey exploring another part of that world. Jessica finds out a lot about her fate and we get a lot of answers in this book and even more questions.
I really don't wanna ruin anything, so just give this series a shot if you enjoy Urban Fantasy like I do, this one is a keeper!
I can't wait for Pure Blooded!
