*sorry guys! I had forgotten the Linky, it’s added now!
Hey there dear readers! =) My favorite time of the week has arrived, Top 5 time!
This was such a fun one to think about and much harder than I thought it would be LOL, I Hope you enjoy it as well!
Let’s get right to it, shall we?
This week’s results:
Funniest "One Liners"! = 16 (44%)
Favorite 1st Books in a Series! = 20 (55%)
The theme for today is:
Favorite 1st Books in a Series!
But first, a little bit about this feature and the rules to join in…
Every Sunday I will post a TOP 5 list on the blog. It can be about anything and every week I'll have a new theme {You can vote on next week’s theme on my left sidebar!} and I will ad the Mr.Linky bellow the post so you can do a list with the theme and add you link to it.
Rules:
- Write a post listing your TOP 5 choices within the theme I chose (or was chosen on a poll) for the week.
- Mention this Blog on the post and link back to it.
- Fell free to use the Feature's image (there is a smaller size version of it bellow)
- After you've finished your post, add you link (of the post, not your blog's main page) to the Mr.Linky at the end of that week's post.
- If you don’t have a blog to post, just leave your list in the comments =)
This week’s theme is Favorite 1st Books in a Series!
Wow this was much harder than I thought it would be!
There are a lot of series I love that the first book wasn’t my favorite at all hehe… well, I finally did come up with five =)
*in no particular order
Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs {Jane Jameson #1}
by Molly Harper
All books is this hilarious series are fantastic, but the first one and how Jane becomes a Vamp is simply amazing!
Touched by an Alien {Katherine "Kitty" Katt #1}
by Gini Koch
Seeing Martini and Kitty meeting for the first time is unforgettable and awesome!
The Hunger Games {The Hunger Games #1}
by Suzanne Collins
I love the complete trilogy, but the impact of reading this book can never be topped!
Soulless {The Parasol Protectorate #1}
by Gail Carriger
This one was one it took me a while to get into and get used to the writing, but after I did, it was brilliant!
Pleasure Unbound {Demonica #1}
by Larissa Ione
Doc E and Tayla made quite an impact and getting to know the Demonica world was incredible!
Attention!
Please HELP!

Awesome list, as always
Oooooo yes to all of the above! The First Hunger games will always be my favorite and I loved the first Kitty/Martini book as well:) I think Halfway to the Grave would be on my list too, I'll never forget my first Cat and Bones experience!
Great list Larissa! Although I've only heard of half of these.

I would like to see a top five books that you couldn't finsh. That always seems like a hot topic. I loved your post today, I will be adding more to my wish list.
I loved pleasure unbound too! Made on my top 5 ;]
have a great sunday!
I am with you on Soulless and Hunger games. Great openings!
My list would also include
The knife (now what was that title, book 1) by Patrick Ness
The eye of the world by Robert Jordan
OMG! Those are all firsts I either have on my tbr and haven't had time to get to them or want a lot! I feel so behind! Well, off to read to catch up! ;)
Firsts I've read and still like the best are Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder, Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost, Vision in White by Nora Roberts and Angel's Blood by Nalini Singh.
This was harder than it looks...lol!
I little late, but it is still Sunday, so it counts LOL! I am so with you Julie, Halfway to the Grave is a great choice. It was hard to narrow it down to five, but trust me it is also a favorite. Great choices Larissa, I had to add Pleasure Unbound to mine too. Larissa Ione is freaking genius!
Excellent Choices. x
