When Charlene Johnson's parents die in a single-car accident, she's left behind as guardian for her severely disabled older brother. When her father's death is ruled a suicide she is forced to move to the sleepy rural town of Eden, Kentucky, the very place her mother always warned her about.
From the moment Zack Abingdon sees Charlene, he knows she's the one. Despite the electrifying bond between them Charlene senses things are not all what they seem. Secrets within secrets unfold, and ultimately Charlene has to make a life and death decision between rejecting her true nature and accepting her place within the wolf pack.

Kiss of the Silver Wolf is a quick read. The book is centered around Charlene and Zack. Charlene's parents have died in a car accident and she is left to look after her disabled brother. She moves to Eden, Kentucky and there meets Zach and immediately they both feel they should be together. But it's much more than that for Charlene as she has some big decisions to make and not all about Zach!
As I said it's a quick read and it's also short too. So much so that some parts seemed a bit rushed and poor Charlene has a lot to cope with in the first few chapters, with her parents death, looking after her brother, finding out about her past and then meeting Zach. I felt the sudden attraction with Charlene and Zach was a bit rushed and it would have been nice if this had been played out a bit more, I do like more of a tease rather than it all left out on a plate to be honest. There are some explicit sex scenes and overall there is quite an erotic tone throughout the book.
There are a few other characters worthy of a mention; I liked Elianna and Rebekkah and Jethro were also great characters. There is room for more books I feel and would like to learn more about the others as this book is seen through the eyes of Charlene.
It's a slow start and if you can cope with a lot of stuff happening all at the same time then you will really love this book. It does all make for an interesting read and the ending is really good.
Sounds extremely interesting, I've never heard of this title. I'll be putting it on my considering-to-read shelf.
Great review.

Sometimes, a quickie is all you need! :)
It does seem like Charlene had a lot to deal with in a short amount of time, but it sounds like this novella was a great preview of more to come from the author.
Thanks Sarah!
Great review, sounds like an interesting read.
Woah! A lot to happen in such a short time. Must be very fast paced. Oh sometimes I really want a book like that. Sounds good. Great review!
