xoxo,
I like all of my Christmas celebrations. Usually all my family come to my house and we have dinner, usually having a fight xD
But I think my favorite Christmas was when I was 6 years old, and "Santa" left me at my Christmas tree lots of gifts, including the two Barbies I wanted. I remember I was so happy I cried...and I think it was the last Christmas I believed in Santa.
My most memorable holidays are those with my children. I love spoiling them and enjoying all their new toys together.
My most memorable Christmas was the first one I spent with my husband after we were married.
My most memorable Christmas was the one that i had to work on! I must admit at first i was like noooooooooooooo i don't want to go to work but when i was at the care home where i work it was lovely seeing them all so happy!
My most memorable moment would have to be my first son's first Christmas. Mainly when he first set eyes on the presents under the tree. He was 9 months old and absolutely dazzled.
Hi Larissa :)
What a wonderful giveaway!
My most memorable Christmas was the very first one my (ex)wife and I had together in the first place we lived.
:)
All the best,
RKCharron
My most memorable moment was 2 years ago when with my entire family, I celebrated Christmas!!!
my most memorable christmas was last year, my husband and i got engaged and it was our first christmas together. it was so awesome!!! :)
I don't celebrate Xmas, but hubs and I moved into our first house together in November, so for Xmas we had his whole family over, got a big tree - did that whole bit - and it was a good way to celebrate all the changes in our lives.
MY MOST MEMORABLE WAS 3 YEARS AGO, BEFORE MY DAD PAST AWAY
I can't really say, perhaps the one when santa called me...though I totally knew it was my uncle ;)
OK... you said most memorable, you didn't say it had to be good.
When I was 11 our house burned down on December 27th. I won't go into details, but I left with only the clothes on my back and my family. Gives a person an entire new perspective on "things".

My most memorable holiday was christmas 6 years ago because all my family came together to celebrate.

My most memorable Christmas was 17 years ago when my now 22 yr old wore his uncle's shoes home from the family Christmas Eve get together. He and his uncle had shoes that were the same brand only obviously SEVERAL sizes different. We got home at 12:05 Christmas morning to the phone ringing asking us to look at Andrew's feet. We all laughed so hard. Poor Uncle Joe had to go home barefoot and of course there was snow :).
My most memorable holiday was seven years ago when my parents, my brother, my sister and her boyfriend and my grandmother and me took the dinner Christmas Eve. It was very nice and emotional.I remember all Christmas because my grandmother is not already with us.
my most memorable holiday memory was about 3 years ago when my family did white elephant for the first time. we had such a blast and now its a tradition we do every xmas and each year the gifts gets more crazier
I would say it was when I got my son his first bike. He was so happy.
My most memorable holiday memory was a couple of years ago. When we had to bring my dog with us to my grandma's house because she had puppies and we couldn't leave them at home. Spent the entire x-mas trying to pry my cousin away from the puppies, keep my dog away from the other dogs, and staring at the cute little puppies.
My favorite holiday memory is my son's first Christmas. He was a little over 9 months old and was so thrilled with all the wrapping paper everyone was throwing around. He wasn't that interested in his presents, he loved all the trash, LOL.
My most memorable holiday memory is one I spent with my whole family up at my grandparents cottage. There was snow covering the beach and a 20ft christmas tree inside - beautiful.
When I was six my family gave me a black kitten for Christmas that I named Pepper. He was one of greatest friends that I ever had.
My favorite memory happens every year when we put up Christmas lights on our house. My next door neighbor comes over to make jokes at my dad being on the roof. Its a tradition.
usignolc(at)yahooDOTcom
Its hard to pick a year, but for me the best part about the holidays is playing Santa when I'm at my mothers. There are usually over 20 of us there, and for the last few years I've always gotten to pass out the gifts. As my nieces and nephews grow older this may stop, so I'll cherish these moments as I have them.
my most memorable holiday memory was my nephews 1st christmas. He was th 1st grandchild for my parents and 1st nephew for me and my siblings..He was so spoiled..I remember the tree having so many gifts under it and the majority of them were for him. He was only 9 mths old,not like he would remember..But I remember all the paper around him and him laughing so hard..he'd rather play with the pap and boxes than the gifts.
I have two favorites: one was at Thanksgiving a couple of years ago when my mom pegged my aunt (her sister) in the head with a roll from across the table, and the other was at Christmas when the same aunt that got hit with the roll tried to clean the counter with Formula 409 while my dad was lifting the turkey out of the pan and onto the platter and the whole turkey almost fell on the floor.
Great giveaway! :D
I love all holidays, but most memorable would be when I was 10 we were all dancing on christmas eve and this boys toy car ended up under my feet, so I kicked it. Well, he then hauled off and punched me. It's all on video too haha You can hear my dad go, "he just slugged her in the damn jaw!" Lets just say, this boy had some anger issues haha.
my most memorable holiday memory was two years ago when we had a christmas party, very fun!
Hi Larissa, Holiday Memory- First I have had never enjoyed this season - I am a humbug! I would prefer that we were just nicer and shared good cheer year 'round. But when I was four or five my parents gave me a small plastic smoking dachshund. It was lite yellow.

Hmm I think one of my most memorable ones was when my oldest daughter now 18 was 3 .Santa brought her a huge dollhouse three floors, it was made with plastic frames with cardboard walls and floors .Brittany took the cardboard floors out and climbed inside the frame and was like mommy mommy look at me she was so adrable and mischevious I couldnt help but laugh.
My most memorable holiday memory is from the one New Years Eve where we were all at my grandparents house, and me, my cousins, and my brother were all jumping on the beds in the basement. Then my brother hit his head and cracked it open and had to go get stitches! It was one of those holiday memories you just don't forget, I think the other time he had to get stitches was a family thing too actually...
Congrats of your Blogoversary and thanks for the giveaway :)

The best part of the holidays to me is putting up my x-mas tree with the new decorations we get every year and the old ones that have so many memories.
Thanks for the contest.
The most memoriable Christmas I had was back in 1987 when there came a huge ice storm, we verily made it to my grandparents and when we got there the electric went out, we had to eat by candles and lamps. With no tv or other distractions it soon became a tell all sort of Christmas where my Mom and her sisters confessed to a bunch of things they did when there were little and everyone laughed..it was a lot of fun just being able to talk and listen to family instead of being so distracted by tv's, etc.
For some reason the first Christmas I was homeless comes to mind. I suppose being indoors and having that strobe light going seemed really special that year.

My fav Christmas Memory was the year we gave Dad a ticket to come on vacation with us to Cancun. It was supposed to be just a Mom and daughter vacation, but we surprised him that he was in fact coming with us. I still remember the utter look of shock on his face and luckily have a picture of his reaction. I take it out and look at it often and it always makes me smile. He died over 13 years ago and I really miss him!
Hmm...my most memorable holiday was when my family, best friend, and I went skiing in Colorado. I live in Texas so we NEVER get snow. And when it does "snow", it basically rain b/c it doesn't stick. So, it was nice having a White Christmas, and being with family. Plus, skiing it super fun!
HAPPY BLOGOVERSARY, BTW!
*throws confetti*
My most memorable christmas was last year. My son had just turned two and was able to enjoy christmas from a childs point of view. To see the look on his face when he woke up christmas morning and saw the presents under the tree was amazing :)
This year will probably be even better :)
My most memorable holiday was when I was around 7 years old and on Easter my whole family went on this trip to see these battleships. I don't even remember where it was but it was AMAZING! I felt like we were in some haunted ship or something especially in this one part of the ship where it was really dark and scary-like. People didn't have to go in, it was optional. I felt so brave going down there especially after my mom and some of my family members were too scared to go in :) Yes, I was quite the dork, but I loved it there!
My most memorable Holiday Memory would be when I was 15.
I really can't remember one when I was younger.
I met my grandparents for the first time and my Dad was pretty emotional about it, we all were.
thanks for this giveaway! one of my most memorable holiday memory would be having my dog dress up as a reindeer. he ended up eating the "antlers" lol.
Thanks for the giveaway. All my holiday get togethers are memoriable. Tore923@aol.com
My most memorable holiday memory would have to be my son's 2nd christmas (he was only 1 1/2 months for his first). Didn't care about the toys, it was all about the boxes.
When my daughter was little we would always go to 'Hand of Man' - a Christmas shoppe that specialized in old world hand blown ornaments. The tradition is to pick out one or two ornaments that represented that year.
I never knew how much this little adventure meant to her, until two years ago when she presented me with a gift. Inside she had placed the first ornament (from her collection she took with her when she left home) with a note that said, some traditions last a lifetime.
I'll never forget that. Sometimes you never know how much the little things mean.(Hugs)Indigo
Most Memorable moment was my sons 3rd Christmas. He came downstairs Christmas morning and lost his mind. Screaming and yelling that Santa actually came! It was the cutest thing I had ever witnessed!!
Great giveaway Hun!!!

My Bloody Fairy Tale
my memorable holiday memory is all the times the whole family can get together and share stories and delicious food!
k_anon[at]hotmail[dot]co[dot]uk
My most memorable Holiday memory would be New years 2000, my brother in law proposed to my older sister at the stroke of midnight. It was so beautiful. I cried so much from being so happy for them!
lucy.dandrea(at)gmail(dot)com
My favorite Christmas memories are with my twin boys. My boy's were the first of the grandkids, and that first Christmas with them was a huge family reunion with relatives we hadn't seen in ages. My boys were at their company best, and the day was full of love and laughter, and years later, is still a favorite memory day.
caity_mack at yahoo dot com
My favorite memory was when I was about 6 yrs old and I snuck out of my bed to try and catch a glimpse of Santa. I saw a guy putting something together down under the tree and the almost total darkness. I freaked out and ran back to bed thinking if he saw me I wouldn't get anything. years later I said something to my mom and she confessed it was my cousin putting together the My Little Pony castle/pool I get that year. LOL.
Making cookies with my Mom and my two younger sisters a few years ago. My cat, the Benjamin, smelling chocolate jumos in the middle of the table and splatters all the sprinkles ... so cute. (and messy).
Thanks!
apereiraorama @ gmail.com
My most memorable holiday memory.. It was probably when I was about ten years old and I had to dress up as Santa. Everyone else in my family had done it in turns over the years. It was one of the last times any of us dressed up as Santa and I certainly only ever did it once. ;)
musmekipi at gmail dot com
My most memorable holiday was the year my oldest was born. She was born two days before Christmas and we were released from the hospital on Christmas day. She is the best Christmas gift I've ever received!!!
My most memorable holiday was last year. My parents, my sister and I had a crazy party and went to the cinema togheter. :)
My most memorable holiday is the first one that I shared with my husband, seven years ago. It was a time of excitement and that gleeful "new love" feeling. I'll never forget how fun and crazy that holiday season was!
My most memorable holiday memory is Thanksgiving last year at my uncle's house when my cousin smashed a slice of pie on her little brother's face after he threw some food at her.
My most memorable holiday memory was last Christmas at my guy's family's place. I've never had such a great experience with in-laws.
My favorite Christmas memory is waking up early and singing Happy Birthday to Jesus and then of course opening presents with the family, and the breakfast.
My most memorable holiday memory was when I was 9 yrs old and I woke up for Christmas to a Glamour Gal cruise ship. It was the best gift ever and it had so many levels and pieces to play with. I got all the dolls for it in my stocking and I was ready to go.
The christmas in 2006 when I got to spend one more Christmas with my mom and Dad. My Dad died that March after so I was greatful for that time!
My most memoriable christmas celebrations are always the ones when my grandmother and grandfather were alive. It's something that I truly miss, and the holidays just do not seem the same without them.
I remember my brothers and I waking up early to unwrap our gifts. Then, once everything is unwrapped, we'd head down to our grandparents' to encourage them to unwrap theres.
Yeah, the presents weren't for us but for them but we delighted in seeing what they got. I really miss that
Most memorable moments are with the kids. When the first see the gifts under the tree.
I am an only child but my husband has a HUGE family so I love Xmas as it means everyone shows up and it is a big and noisy and messy affair - LOVE IT.
Chrizette
Most memorable are Christmas with my parents and all my family.
Thanks for the great giveaway!
My most memorable holiday memory is when I was about eleven, and me and my parents and friends went out for Christmas , we saw fireworks and took pictures and had lots fun . It was the last time we were all together as a family because they later got separated .
My most memorable holiday memory is from when I was little and still believed in Santa Claus... I remember thinking how magical and amazing Christmas was and being so incredibly happy when I found presents under the Christmas tree. :) I so miss being a kid!
My favorite Christmas memory was last Christmas, as both of my kids where old enough to open presents on their own. All they really needed was one toy to play with and they were happy for the rest of the day.
My most memorable holiday would be the one spent during my honeymoon with my husband in London! We had a wonderful 2-week holiday! It was soooo nice! I miss London!
One of my favorite holiday memories was when I made Christmas dinner a couple years ago. Food was really good and I got to spend time with my family.

My most fave was when we were little me and my sister/brother and a family friends child that lived with us snuck downstairs and made a fort and slept in it to try to surprise santa. we all fell asleep and didnt catch him but it was fun child memory.
My favourite holiday memory was giving my parents a trip to Rome. I wrapped up a guide book to the city and slipped the reservations inside. The look on their faces when they open it was worth so much!

It must be Christmas'02.
It was the second one I spent with my husband, only a week or so after I found out I was pregnant. It was my first real Christmas. I even made cookies! They sucked, though :)
for me it was the last Christmas spent with my daughter.
When I was little, my sister and I would get up really early and sort out the presents, then wait to get our parents up.
amandarwest at gmaildotcom
My most memorable Christmas would probably have to be when I was around ten or eleven and my grandpa (who practically raised my younger sister and me) had just been diagnosed with a very advanced form of cancer. Obviously we were all scared that we were going to lose him, and because he didn't want us to forget him he gave my little sister and I each a birthstone ring, so that whenever we wore it we would always remember him. He was a fighter and stuck around with us for almost ten years after being diagnosed, just passing away last year. I have never taken my ring off since I got it that one Christmas and it is the most meaningful present I have ever gotten.
My most memorable Christmas was in 1990. My dad had just passed away, my children were 1, 9 & 18(the last time they all lived under my roof as children) My mom and baby brother, then 13, were still barely functioning after my dad's unexpected passing. It was a sad time for us and now 20 years later it's still hard not to miss him, especially around the holidays
I woke up late one evening when my parents just finished putting together my pressie. I was sick and they told me I just missed Santa. That convinced me he was real and I was so excited I shook. My parents worried because I had a fever at the time, but it was just excitement. :)
My most memorable Holiday was when I was little (guessing age 9) My Aunt came and picked me up, last minute, to take me to her husbands family's Christmas. My dad never did a lot so she thought I's like to come. I went thinking I would have no presents because they didn't know I was coming but boy was I wrong. Each member of their family got me something. Holy cow did I get a lot. I even got loads of make-up. I knew my dad was going to hate that =) Very good Christmas that year.
favorite memory is of my kids faces on Christmas morning :)
I most memorable moment is my first christmas with my husband. It was a completely new experience and one I will never forget :)
Vivien
Wow! What a giveaway! I would have to say one of my most memorable Christmas memories was waaaay back in the day when I got a Mr. Microphone, a "boom box" and a blue quilted dress jacket. That was it, we were poor. My dad spent Christmas with us and it snowed really bad! I believe that was the Christmas my dad even got on the roof with a bell for my little sister to think Santa was there! We didn't have much, but that was a good Christmas!
I think it has to be the first time my honey and our pups celebrated Christmas with my family. That was 2 years ago.
heatwave96(at)hotmail.com
Every year hubby's extended family gets together for a huge party put on by the grandma and everyone gets a gift - all bajillion of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Before we got married we traveled to his hometown together and I got to see how huge his family is, and how they all included me in their festivities. that was awesome!
the most memorable is when i went out of the country on my own and meet up with friends...
Congratulations, and great giveaway!
My favorite Christmas memory has to be being small and laying under the tree looking up into the lights and ornaments. It always seemed like magic.
My greatest Christmas memory was the year I first had my Christmas tree. My family decorated it, everything was so pretty... blinking lights and shiny angels...
My most memorable holiday memory has to be 4 years ago - my daughters first christmas, she had just started walking and watching her get to the presents was wonderful! The joy and wonder in her face made everything we did for christmas so worth it!
bleumoon
My most memorable Christmas would have to be my attempt to cook my first family holiday dinner. Everything was great until it came time to carve the turkey. Let's just say dark meat was not happening that year. But it was something to laugh about after the tears of course. LOL
I think my favorite memories alaways include us fondueing on Christmas Eve. It is just what we do. I am sad that it will be changing this year.
My favorite Holiday memory , I have to say is my son's first real Xmas where he understood what was going on. His eyes just lit up as he tore into the packages and didn't know whether to stop and play with the toys or continue to open the rest of the packages.
My most memorable Xmas was not a good one but looking back on it now, it was pretty funny (and unforgettable). We had a dog that had separation anxiety and a few days before Xmas I came home to find all of the presents from under the tree unwrapped and chewed. Needless to say the dog had a wonderful Xmas :)
my most memorable holiday memory was probably the year I put up the christmas tree myself, felt really accomplished afterwords lol
my most memorable xmas was the year my hubby popped the questions
I think my most memorable Christmas was my Grandpa's last when I was 9 six years ago. My Christmas bacame dull and boring when he passed away.
My most memorable holiday was when my whole family sat together for a meal without fighting, and we were all so happy.
angeldream3(at)gmail(dot)com
Favorite holiday memory was last year when my puppy curled up under the Christmas tree the minute I put the tree skirt around it. Too cute!
rickimc[at]aol[dot]com
watching my hubs put up the tree our first year . He had never done it before and watching him you would have thought he was building a spaceship . it was great fun and at the end he pulled out a box of ornaments he had gotten for me
meandi09@yahoo.com
My favorite holiday memory is when my siblings and I made a scrapbook for our parents and the looks on their faces when they opened it.
arallison(at)gmail.com
I have so many happy Christmas memories! I'll talk about one that stood out to me this year.
Its the small moments that make Christmas so special for me. Friday, sitting on the couch, listening to Christmas music giggling with my sister-in-law as we watched my mother and my 9 year old putting ornaments on the tree with the dogs at our feet and the cat watching the dangling ornaments. Those are the snapshot memories that I cherish.
+JMJ+
My favourite holiday memory is also book related! =) I got a friend who loves Romance novels a copy of The Unlikely Romance of Kate Bjorkman, which is a hilarious send-up of the Romance genre. She ended up loving it so much that she lent it to other Romance reading friends . . . and soon my present became the most passed around and most recommended book of the holiday season! =)
And as you can see, I'm still recommending it. =P
My Favorite X-Mas Memory was when i was about nine years old And I got the Recordyer that i had bean wanting with the Flashing lights to the Music.
That was a very long time ago.

Hi Larissa.. and happy blogeversary !!! My christmas memory was when my hubby proposed, he was on his hands and knees tipsy and hunting through the christmas tree for the ring box.. ** I was unbeknown as to what he was searching for as he had hidden it that well) I was giggling at him, wandering what the begessas he was doing then he finally found it and popped the question !!! ;) lol..

My most memorable holiday was last year- baby's first Christmas! I had to prop her with pillows next to the tree though, because she was only 2 months old.

I always loved visiting my grandparents growing up. We would go on a long road trip (12 hour drive) to their house, and we'd arrive just in time for their huge holiday party. There would always be delicious snacks and lots of fun. Every night at my grandparents house was a celebration! It was awesome.
The one I remember the most was when I was 4. It was early in the morning and I was the only one up. The tree was all lit and beautiful and there was a baby doll there for me. I was thrilled.
No other Christmas has compared.
When we were younger, one of the best parts of the holiday was going out to cut the Christmas Tree. We didn't put it up til a couple of days before Christmas and we all tramped to the woods looking for the perfect tree and it was usually snowing... very Christmasy LOL...
I don't know if I can give you just one!! All of them are memorable in their own certain ways. When I was a child myself with my parents and brother, my husband and me with our two children and now, of course, the grandchildren!! I guess all this proves is that I Love Christmas and my family:)
One Christmas when I was a kid I remember thinking Santa came and brought all these presents, stuffed the stockings, and ate the cookies I set out. It was so exciting. Thinking back I'm sure my grandpa was thrilled that I didn't catch on to him, lol.
My most memorable holiday memory was spending Thanksgiving at my cabin a couple of years ago.
Hello!
Great initiative!
Congratulations on the anniversary!
It is a great Blog.
Regarding the question ...

My most memorable holiday memory was the year my niece was born. She was born Dec 11, so it was an awesome Christmas gift!
Thanks for this giveaway, and congrats on your 3rd Blogoversary!

Hmmm, that questions allows for a good or bad memory. My really good one is a bit NC-17 so I better not share that eh? ;)
As silly as it is one of my earliest and fondest holiday memories is of my elementary school music teacher Mrs. Walker. She was Jewish and every year would bring in her menorah and dreidels, sharing her holiday with us. I was so fascinated with it all I didn't understand why everyone didn't celebrate Hanukkah and Christmas too. lol Every Christmas when people get all PC about saying "Happy Holidays" instead of being more specific I remember how delighted I was to be in a community where ALL traditions were respected and shared and loved. -- Rhi (RhiReading)

Oh dear, I have so many memories! Which one to pick? I remember one year when I was a kid we traveled to Minneapolis and I remember thinking that the city lights were the best Christmas lights I had EVER seen! It was beautiful with the snow and the lights and it just felt extra holiday'ish!
Congrats on 3 years!
My most memorable holiday was the last one I spent with my grandma before she passed. I miss her very much.
One of my favourite holiday memories is my first holiday with my partner, I was still living at home and we went away with my parents and little brother. There was the most wonderful library there, and we spent most of our days playing in a seaside lagoon-style pool. :)

There was this one time that I actually got to go snow sledding in Wisconsin, and the family that was hosting also had a marvelous gingerbread house, which I kept wanting to eat.

My most memorable Holiday memory is the first time we celebrated Christmas together with my uncle's family in their little apartment. The older bros went out and lugged home all of these wonderful gifts (I still love the Mervyn's penguin my oldest brother got for me to this day), and we ate and opened presents. It also kind of reminds me of our humble beginnings.
Thanks so much for a brilliant giveaway!!
My most memorable Holiday memory is when me and my family were all in Zambia around a fire wearing Christmas hats. I remember getting one of those troll dolls with the wild hair!
Oh, so many good ones. I think it would have to be my daughter's first Christmas though. She was 9mths old and learning to walk so she kept using the presents as walkers to scoot around with.
Hmmm...When I was five, I got a Pound Puppy that I adored. My PP came everywhere with me (I even tied him by his ears to my bike). I was at my aunt's in NYC and I remember it like it was yesterday :)
Mine was the year I waited until the last minute to pick up a tree. It was skinny and losing needles. My husband hated it and brought home the display model of a beautiful artificial tree.

Happy Hanukah and Merry Christmas! Portugal??? That is so amazing.
Okay so my most memorable Holiday memory? I guess I'd have to say that I try to make every year a memorable one.

My most memorable Christmas moment, hmm, let me think. It would probably have to be going to midnight Mass after we spent hours making and frosting sugar cookies. *mmmh, cookies* ^_^

My most memorable is probably my first holiday spent with my boyfriend :)
I think my most memorable holiday experience so far is when me, my husband, his family and my mother were able to spend Christmas together. It was so warm and cozy. :)
THANK YOU, and congrats on your blog's success!!!
Ok, I going to have to say it would be the very first christmas in my new house...we had next to nothing in here. We had just moved in and all that was in the living room was the Christmas tree. Which made it all that more special. Because it was simple nothing over done just done by my hubby and son...too cute.
My, at the time, 2 year old trying to help mommy decorate a Christmas tree :)
My most memorable holiday memory is the year I got my first bike. It was sitting in the living room with a giant red bow on it. I was so excited and it made me feel like a big kid like my sister.
I remember when we were younger and went to Florida for Christmas. We were out singing carols and carrying candles on Christmas eve and it started to snow. Who knew you could have an almost white Christmas in Florida. Very special, plus we went to Disney World.

My most memorable was when I was about 8 years old and our home was burglarized on Christmas Eve day while we were watching my Dad compete at a rodeo.
The most cherished part of the traumatic night was when our family friend's 17 year old son spent the money he'd won at the rodeo that day on all of us. He went so far as to find a Santa suit and "visit" with my little sister and I while passing out gifts to the family.
It was one of the most unselfish and thoughtful things I've ever been a witness to. I've called our hero "Stevie Claus" since then ~ 36 years ago!
Merry Christmas!

I can't think of a particular favourite holiday memory but every year the whole family gets together and we have Christmas lunch and usually play games and stuff afterwards. It's usually a good day in general.
My most memorable holiday memory
When I was 6/7 and I spent xmas eve at my dads house, my step sisters and I went around changing the time on all the clocks we could find to convince my dad it was 7 am(it was 3 am) then we went and woke him up, he took one look at his watch and told us to get back to sleep.Stupid watch.
My Christmas memory is not a happy one... most of my Christmasses have been happy, bright and lovely, so that is nothing memorable. It was one Christmas, I was about 10, and I got one Christmas present. I'm the youngest of 6 and everyone usually gives everyone else presents, but this Christmas everyone were a bit stressed and thought that "SHE will get a present, that's for sure, so I could skip her this year..."
I still remember sitting there with my one package in my lap, watching everyone else opening their packages, a gift after another. I tried very hard not to cry, but I don't think I managed too well. :-(
Lots of memories... I remember fondly one year my friend Rena came over to help my new husband and I decorate the tree. She put the tinsel on strand by strand and it looked so beautiful. A precious memory because it was one of our last Christmases together. I miss her a lot.
I LOVE Christmas movies I have like 300 Christmas movies in my Christmas movie collection and I am planning on watching some of my Christmas movies later today.Who thinks I am dumb for watching Christmas movies in the middle of the year?

Christmas memories from my adulthood is last Christmas, when my hubby Greg, bought & surprised me with a Webber grill. It is one of the best things he's gotten me since my TIVO 5 years ago;) My favorite childhood christmas memories are very far & few remembered (most of those are suppressed) but one memory I do have is remembered like it was only yesterday. I was about 7 or 8and I got a riding toy called "The Green Machine" It was so much cooler then those big wheels back then. They were longer & faster & a blast to ride. I road that thing until the plastic on the tires wore out & I couldn't ride it anymore. Mom tried getting another one when that wore out but you couldn't get'em anymore. I wonder if they make those again since they say history repeats itself every 20 or so years. I'll have to look it up now. Merry almost Christmas or Holidays ;D

Most memorable Holiday-- couple years ago I helped my mom "host" the immediate Christmas morning. Of course this now involves my Mom & Dad(step); my sister, her hubby & 5 kids; my brother, his wife (who was pregnant) & 2 kids, and my hubby and myself. So that is 8 adults and 7 children! The kids had help set the tree up the week before, and we had a present wrapping party 3 days before (that was more mess than anyting, but everyone had fun!).
But this year may be the best memory yet! Hubby has gotten my a Kindle. I have become a reviewer (even if position is unpaid), and I have found book contest! Although there have been a couple divorces (sister & brother) both are happier & sister is remarried to better man! This are looking very good this year!
My most memorable Holiday Memory has to be the year that my son was old enough to get excited about Christmas. Seeing the smile on the little guys face was priceless
My most memorable holiday was going to my boyfriend's family for Christmas Eve dinner since it's the first holiday we spent together.
Hi Larissa! My favorite season/holiday moment so far would have to be... This past Thanksgiving. Me and husband invited our neighbors upstairs and had a great fellowship and enjoyed each other's company. Our 4 children had fun throwing football with the neighbor, too =) I think we may do it again for Christmas. We hate for anyone to have to be alone, especially on the Holidays. =) P/s also a great way to get to know your neighbors better and make friends. ~Jannette~ I wish everyone a very Blessed and Merry Christmas and New year!
This past Thanksgiving was a great memory, we spent time with some of our great new friends here since none of us have family here.
My most memorable holiday was the first i ever get to spend with my fiance. It was nothing really extraordinary but the feeling od spending them with him for the first time at our place was sth i'll never forget!
My most memorable holiday was last Christmas in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
That was the funniest torchlight skiing ever! I was wearing a cute Santa costum too^^
Mine would have to be the last xmas I spent with my cousin before he passed away ♥
Most memorable holiday is when I got to spend it at home at with grandma where she would make all these sweets I would love and the rolls I aways ate too much of.
I think I messed up on the form but oh, well. great giveaway!
most memorable? it's sad that I don't really have one lol I can basically remember that every summer is SCORCHING hot so we're all sweating our asses off while being merry LOL
my Most memorable holiday was in 2009. I met and made a lot of new friends. We had so much fun and spent such as took many pictures on the sea shore, went to a giant aquarium.
Of all my favorite Christmas memory was when I saw my cousin for Christmas and I hand't seen him in while. He told me to send a Christmas letter to Santa. I believed I was getting a present but nver got one. He told if I really believed it will come true. I didn't but in that moment I believed I'd get what I most wanted then at 5
years old.

Hi all...The memory that will stay with me always, was when I woke in my bed at the age of five and had these really beautiful doll's sitting around me, with a set of Tea Party dishes at the foot of my bed. Most little girls would have glowed with joy...I can still, to this day, remember knocking the doll's off the bed and crying because I didn't see a big yellow Tonka truck. Now I giggle at my two year old granddaughter who is creating new memories for me, because she is going to be just like me..LOL.
Happy Holidays!

My most memorable Christmas was in 2009, when we had a family gathering. My cousins from Australia flew back to attend the event and it was such a happy reunion.

What is your most memorable Holiday Memory?
My most memorable holiday memory would be my first kiss with my boyfriend of 4 years.
My most memorable holiday...that's hard to choose...every Christmas Eve with my family is a special memory. :)
My most memorable Christmas was in 2008. My parents kept telling me that Christmas was going to be tight and that there may not be that many presents. I told them that was fine -- I really wasn't interested in presents, anyway. After being away at college for the entire semester, I was just ready to get home.
The weekend I got home, they took me to look at cars because I was thinking of buying one. Turns out, they bought one for me the week before. I couldn't believe it. They bought me a car for Christmas! :)
My father's side of the family is Jewish and my mom side is Catholic -- so x-mas time has always been a bit confusing for me! It turned into a weird morph of things.
My most memorable xmas was the first I spent with my husband. It wasn't because of the presents, but that he knew exactly what I'd like -- just having someone in my life who truly knows me is special. The best gift was realizing he paid attention to all the little things. I'll never take that for granted.
Hey!
For me, the Christmas means a lot of quality time spent with my family. But my most memorable one was a few years ago, when I had my first job and I could buy all the gifts I wanted for EVERYONE! I love to buy presents and to make surprises so that was really nice... they all seemed happy & proud because I was getting on my own feet... :))
Speaking of which... Happy holidays everyone!
xoxo
Hi Larissa! Happy 3rd Blogoversary and Merry Xmas!
I have to admit I don't celebrate Xmas but I always pay visit at my friends and celebrate with them who does. What I love most is that they always give me presents. And most of the time is either book thongs/ bookmarks / books or any books related. I got bunch of it because of them. i wonder what will I get this year ;p
Thanks for asking. It's quite fun and I hope you have a great Xmas too!
My most memorable Holiday Memory would be last year when this guy (my crush) picked me on our Exchange Gifts part on our Christmas Party. I didn't expect him to pick me because when I asked him he said that it was our other classmate so I was really surprised. :) Thanks Larissa for this great giveaway.

My favorite holiday memory was when I was still young. I would find surprises in my socks. When I was a little older, I knew then that Dad was our Santa. :D
The year my dad was wicked and pretended to drop the baby down the stairs... my mom just about killed him. (He had wrapped a baby doll up instead of my little brother)

My most memorable Christmas is when i was a child being so excited for Christmas day that I couldn't sleep most of the night. I remember I would wake up around 5:30 in the morning and when would all held down to the living room and light up just the Christmas tree only (it was huge over 7 feet) and would sit around it and pass the presents and tear them open and enjoy the laughter and joy.

My most memorable Holiday Memory was Christmas in 2008. My boyfriend had booked a surprise holiday trip for us and we had lots of fun in HK Disneyland :)

When I was 6 years old my sister and I thought we would sneak down to catch Santa "in the act" delivering our Christmas presents. Around 2 a.m. we heard a noise so down the stairs we ran. Much to our dismay we saw nothing. No Santa! No presents under the tree! Nothing!! We started to cry. Santa had forgotten us. Or worse yet, had we been so bad that Santa had left us nothing. Sobbing, we went back upstairs to our beds. Around 8 o'clock we woke up and headed downstairs, totally disappointed from our late nite adventure. As we enter the living room heading for the kitchen we saw a lit Christmas tree with an enormous pile of presents underneath its branches! Santa hadn't forgetten us nor were we has bad as we had thought. It was a wonderful Christmas!!
What is your most memorable Holiday Memory?
Hmm, eating sugar cane with my fmily.
In my childhood my parents trimmed and lit the tree in secret so that we only saw it all ready and lit up "brought by the angels". To have time to prepare it, on the morning usually my grandparents took us out to sleigh or to watch the actual Disney Christmas film/cartoon (to this day I remember that I saw Pocahontas, The Lion King and Shrek on Christmas day!), we ate lunch at their place, took a nap, got dressed up in our nice clothes and when we got home it was already dark (though still early around 4-5 pm). We had to wait a few minutes with my parents until we heard the bells ring (signalling that the angels have departed our house and have left the presents ;-p lol), then my parents opened the door to a previously closed room where stood the decorated and lit up Christmas tree with the gifts underneath it!
Loved that sense of anticipation and surprise :-D
Thanks for the great giveaway!

Memorable holiday memory is laid on my back, wrapped myself with blanket infront of TV and watch cartoon all day long. That was when I was a boy of course!!
Most memorable...
Spending christmas away from home...
My most memorable holiday was when I was very young... before I started school, I think. We went to my grandfather's place. He was still alive then... his house is by the beach and we would go down to the beach and spend all day at the beach!! It was the most fabulous, innocent and worry-free holiday I've ever had!

My most memorable holiday are the ones of my kids when they were younger, nothing can beat the shine of young eyes gazing at Christmas wonderment. Always the best.
Dottie :)
One of my memories was way back when I was about 6 or 7. I was a really quiet child and we were sitting at my aunt's kitchen table. She had some block on top of her furnace and I had to sit there. The whole night I was squirming but didn't want to speak up cuz there was so many people. I finally reached over to my mom and told her my butt was burning on the furnace and what I meant to be a secret turned out to be a running joke over 20 years later as my mom cackled loudly about what I had just whispered. Embarrassing but it reminds me of when we were all little and I'd rather suffer through a burning bum than leave the table where everyone was having a good time.
most memorable holiday moment has to be when I got my first kiss underneath a mistletoe by my best guy friend. who became my boyfriend after that amazing kiss we had :)
I will never forget that romantic moment
Most memorable holiday memory is going to las vegas to gamble during christmas time. So much fun!

My most memorable christmas was when is was in the 6th grade, simply because I got just about everything on my list.
I filled out the form too!
Hi!!!
Thank you for the giveaway, mis best Christmas holiday took place when I was twelve and we went to Paris Disneyland, that was a lovely time.
Good luck to everybody!!!
Ah, Christmas. Family Gathering Day. We stuff ourselves with Awesome Brunch at the Vegetarian House (my family), then waddle across town to have turkey with the Cheerful Carnivores (his family).
Best memory: when we cut short some of the melodrama by making a tradition of seeing a good movie (OUR family). 2008: Sweeny Todd; 2009: Sherlock Holmes; 2010: Tron Legacy.
I love the holiday lights and songs, but most of all I love having family home and not having to work.
Best memory - Cancun for a Feliz Navidad.
Probably playing "Santa" as a teen. Holding all my presents in hiding until midnight Christmas Eve, and then sneaking out to put them all under the tree.

Favorite Christmas memory would probably be opening the Christmas Eve presents every year! It has always been one of our traditions and I have passed it onto my children! :D

My fav memory.. is this year..
my son is almost 2, and he finally figured out what PRESENTS were :)
could only afford a few hot wheels and a couple little things.. but he LOVED unwrapping them! "WOWWWWWWWWW *gasp* ooohhhhhhhhh"
his reaction was amazing...
My favorite holiday memory happens every year. My family does this thing called a pie-pull. We all pull gifts and then we barter and try and get the gifts we want through persuasion and basically all means at our disposal. It's the best part of the holidays.
One of my favorite Christmas memories is watching my grandparents open their gifts on Christmas Eve. They were so excited!
My favorite memory was hosting Christmas morning at my house...making some breakfast and having the family over...
My favorite moment, as a mom now, is watching my kids come out Christmas morning when their faces light up and (I know this is two) seeing my kids act out the nativity scene.
my most memorable one is spending our first christmas as a new family!
thanks for hosting this giveaway

Most memorable- sledding into the swing with my cousin. :) Good times
I have a lot of memories of the holidays and most of them great. I think one of the most stand out memories is having to go to the doctor on Christmas Eve with an ear ache. Not fun, especially as I was rarely ever sick grown up.
The look on my moms face when she saw the complete Twilight box set that I got her. Nothing like making someone happy.
My most memorable Christmas was this past one. It was so wonderful not having to cook or clean! We just hung out with family all day and went out to eat. It was fabulous!!
Favourite Holiday Moment wwas probably when my entire family showed up at my house with presents and we ate dinner, and just hung out - it was so nice!
Thanks!

My favorite Christmas memory was actually from the year when our home was burglarized on Christmas Eve day while we were gone. I was 8 years old. All of our gifts were stolen and the house was ransacked. We were very thankful that our animals were ok.
We went to a friends home that night and their 16yro son took his own money, dressed up like Santa Claus and bought gifts for our family. 35+ years later, I still call him Stevie Claus and love him for taking a little kid's ruined holiday and making it memorable.
Thanks for the lovely giveaway and your generosity with all of us! Happy Blogiversary and Happy New Year!

Most Memorable Holiday Memory:
I hope it's okay if I use a non-Christmas holiday memory - My most memorable holiday memory is my daughter's first Halloween. She was a premie - 8 weeks early - I got to bring her home for the first time the day before Halloween and she was Batman the next day for Halloween. We didn't trick or treat - but we went to my parents and it was her first "outing" - her costume was actually a Cabbage Patch doll outfit, black sweat pants and a white sweatshirt with the Batman logo on the front. I will never forget it and now 21 years later, Halloween is still my favorite holiday.
I loved Christman Eve with my whole family at my Grandparents every year. We made punch in a fancy punch bowl, ate cookies and opened 1 sneak peek present.

Hi, my most memorable holiday memory is of Easter as a teen. My mom was a preacher and by Easter Day she'd be exhausted so we'd go to Taco Bell for our dinner!

I would have to say my most memorable holiday would be the one with my husband before we had the kids. We went to Melbourne, beautiful city, then down along the Great Ocean Road to see the Twelve Apostles. Up to Alice Springs and then to see Ayers Rock and the Olga's. Best ever holiday.
